The Standard Return Policy only applies to products that you purchase from the nzbattery.co.nz.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all returns. Click here to submit an RMA application form.
Please read the following rules and precautions carefully to avoid unnecessary delays and troubles for your return and replacement.
1. Guarantee Period
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
All products can be requested a return for a refund within 30 days (including) from the date of delivery. The returned product must meet the following conditions: intact appearance, complete product packaging & accessories, no man-made damage, non-affected secondary sales.
30-Day Replace Guarantee
All products can be requested a return for a replacement within 30 days (including) from the date of delivery. Please provide positive proof of product problems (picture or video). You can apply for a free replacement of the same model/ specification or maintenance service. If exceeding this period, it can be implemented in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

We feel sorry if you must submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request. To help you smoothly finish a return/replacement/refund, please read the following policies carefully in advance.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you need to return the product due to a wrong purchase or personal reasons, please submit an RMA within 30 days from the original delivery date. The returned goods must be with intact tags, complete packaging, unused and unwashed.
Note: If you request a refund due to battery problems, please contact customer service to provide a description of the problem(photo or video file).
30-Day Replace Guarantee
If there is any problem with the product within 30 days (including) from the date of delivery, please contact our customer service and provide positive proof of problem (picture or video) according to the instructions.
As for contacting customer service, you will be led to "Contact Us" for further assistance.
Precautions (please read carefully)
1. Return Procedures
Submit an RMA application: An RMA number is required for return/replace. To return a product, you must obtain an RMA number within the applicable return period for the product (described above). Without prior authorization and an RMA number, we won't accept returns.
Customer Service Check: Once our after-sales customer service approves your RMA request, we will send the RMA number to your email address accordingly.Please prominently display/print/write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.
Return Product: The RMA number will be valid for 30 days once issued, within which time the returned product(s) must be received by us. Please provide us with relevant courier(postal service preferred) and tracking information when you ship it out, so that we can track your return package.
Refund/Replacement/Maintenance: Upon receipt of the returned package, our RMA department will check the returned item and carry out the next step.
Application of "30-Day Money Back Guarantee": In general, refund processing is completed within 3-5 business days, but the specific arrival time depends on the processing time of Paypal and the corresponding bank policy.
Application of "30-Day Replace Guarantee": For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the product may only be returned for a replacement of the same item. We will reschedule a new one within 2-7 working days after receiving the goods. We do not allow exchanges or returns for replacements for different items. If you would like to receive a different item, you would need to return the original item for a refund in accordance with the Return Policy, and then purchase the item you would like to receive instead of the original item.
If the item is returned in an unacceptable condition, nzbattery.co.nz reserves the right to refuse the refund/replacement.
2. About Shipping fee
Should you change your mind after purchasing, please contact our customer service department immediately (within 2 hours after payment). As long as the parcel has not been shipped, we can cancel your order and fully refund.
Customer is responsible for the shipping fee (original shipping & return shipping) and will be charged a 10% restocking fee unless the original parcel is wrong, missing, defective, or damaged in shipping.
In case you receive a wrong / partial product due to our mistake, please apply for RMA or contact our customer service department. We will be responsible for return shipping / re-delivery shipping. For the wrong product, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund after receiving the return.
If your order is sent to the domestic area, which is returned due to overdue collection or incorrect address, we will charge a 10% restocking fee and a second re-delivery fee.
Lithium-Batteries belongs to sensitive products. If your order is sent to a foreign address, encountering any case like an overdue collection, incorrect address or rejection, it will return directly to the international transfer station for destruction instead of our warehouse. In this case, you may only receive 50% of the item purchase price. If you still need the battery, please contact our customer service and pay 30% of the order price as a fee for re-delivery. Thus, We'd suggest you fill in the accurate delivery address carefully during checkout, including full name and phone number (preferably a valid physical address, not a PO BOX, PM# or mailbox address). After shipment, please keep chasing for the parcel.
1) Within 30 days of delivery date(including)
Your original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will be non-refundable if your item is returned. But we will be responsible for return shipping cost. Battery price can be fully refunded when the DOA / product with defective appearance and shipping damage returns. If you want to exchange, we will not charge a restocking fee and a second delivery fee.
2) Within one year from the date of purchase
All of our products are covered with a one-year warranty. If there is a product quality problem during this period, you can get a free repair service according to our Warranty Policy. If the product does not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your issue.
If you do not get an RMA number, please do not return the goods directly to us. It is difficult for us to find your transaction history, which may result in a delayed replacement/ refund process or even rejection.
Defective products must be returned within 30 days from the date of issuance of the RMA. Otherwise, 30 days Money-back Guarantee will be invalid.
3. Additional Terms
Original Shipping Charges
Your original shipping cost will not be refunded. Your original shipping cost is paid by the services provided by the original carrier and will not be refunded if your item is returned.
We do not recommend that you refuse delivery. Once the goods are refused, we will refund a maximum of half price.
Please submit the RMA in time after receiving the goods to get the return RMA number and return it. Then you can get a full refund of battery price.
No Refund without a return
We will have the right to refuse a refund for any reason before we receive the return.
